By registering with club dtv you are giving your permission for Clubdtv Ltd & relevant third parties to contact you directly with marketing and promotional information at any time in the future. We may provide you with information about products, or information from third parties which we think may be of interest to you. If you do not offer your consent, do not continue with your registration.

The only information this website collects is the information you enter to sign up, request a flyer pack or enter a competition. Text Competitions
1. Entry to our promotion is open to those aged 14 and over, except employees, directors of or members of the immediate family of the Promoter, Clubdtv Ltd, their agents or anyone directly connected with the management and development of this competition.

2. This promotion is governed by UK laws and all those entering are deemed to have read, understood and to be bound by these rules.

3. The promoter is not responsible for any issues arising from entering the competition via the internet in countries where such a competition may be in breach of national laws.

4. The closing date and time of every promotion is as stated on the promotion page.

5. Winners of the promotion are drawn by our system after the closing date. The draw process is automatic and random. Clubdtv Ltd do not influence the winners draw process in any way, shape or form

6. The Winners will be notified immediately after the draw is conducted, using the information submitted at the time of entering, and will be asked to verify their identify.

7. The winners names, area and state will be available on the website  HYPERLINK "http://www.ng.tolama.com/" www.clubdtv.com immediately after the draw.

8. The prize for each promotion will be as stated in the promotion page or it’s equivalent. All prizes will be brand new and from official dealers. Images used on the website are for illustration only and the exact specification may change due to circumstance beyond the control of the promoter.

9. Delivery of the prizes will be as soon as possible, but being dependent on manufacturers lead-times may take up to 2 months and will be sent to a UK address.

10. Winners will be responsible for their own tax liability - if any.

11. All winners agree to their name, image, town and state of residence being used by the promoters on the website and other media within reason.

12. The promoter reserves the right to extend the closing date of a promotion.

13. In the event that the reserve number of entries are not sold for a promotion, the draw will still take place, and the winners will receive the sum of all the entry monies submitted, less 30% for marketing and administration costs.

14. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability of any of the goods or services offered as prizes. Except for liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Promoter, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained to person or property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods by any person to the prize-winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying the winner, or in connection with any of the competitions promoted by the Promoter.

15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for communications failures that may result in failed email or web transmissions.

17. These rules and all competitions are subject to UK Law and the jurisdiction of the UK courts.

18. Data Protection Act: The Promoter confirms that any personal data that you supply or authorise the Promoter to obtain from a third party, for example, a credit card company, will only be used for (i) the purposes of operating the competition and (ii) to contact you about other competitions that the promoter may be running

When entering any Clubdtv premise you consent to being photographed and or televised by means of a tape or video recording that may be used currently (i.e. LIVE) and at later date by Clubdtv LTD.

Photographs may be used on Clubdtv.com and any other Clubdtv promotional material.  If you do not so consent, please do not attend the event.

You thus release Clubdtv LTD and our partners, sponsors, affiliates of any liability for any loss, damage or injury to person or property during or in connection with you being a guest of Clubdtv unless resulting from the negligence of such persons and you agree to comply with all rules and regulation of Clubdtv LTD.  You also hereby grant Clubdtv LTD the right to use and to permit others to use your name, voice and likeness and all or any part of photographs and or recording of any type made of your appearance in all media worldwide in perpetuity.

You warrant your rights to authorise such use.

Clubdtv & ID Factor is committed to making protection of your privacy a top priority.

ID Factor run market research surveys to find out about what you think. We do not try to sell or promote anything. We will do our best not to mislead you about the nature of the research or the use, which will be made of, the findings.

All surveys that Clubdtv & ID Factor conduct will contain information about the identity of the client, unless there are good reasons for not providing this information.

During online surveys we often ask personal information such as age, sex, occupation etc. This information is collected for analysis purposes only and will only be used in aggregated form. It is not identified to you personally.
